i remember it like yesterday
sitting around together
so much time to talk
to laugh
to play
to know everything
that was going on in each other's lives
we never realised that time how difficult it becomes
to stay in touch with the people
who mean the most to us

we grow older
we get busier
families, careers, and relationships
keep us so busy
it seems like we're always running against the block
i just wanted to a moment
to tell you that although
we don't talk as often
as we once did
you still mean alot to me
and i wish that we had time to spend together
